Knightibranches are naturally social creatures that thrive in communities. While their personalities vary, each subtype tends to share common behavioral traits shaped by their role within Knight society.

General Behavior

Most Knightibranches are highly social but emotionally reserved. They enjoy spending time with others and working together, but they are not always quick to openly express their emotions.

The greatest insult a Knightibranch can receive is damage to their helmet. Their helmet is deeply tied to their identity, and intentionally damaging it is considered one of the worst offenses another Knight can commit.

Expressing Emotions

Rather than using facial expressions, Knightibranches communicate much of their emotions through the movement of their eye stalks. These movements are instinctive and happen naturally rather than being consciously controlled.

• Eyes raised upward: Happy or excited.
• Eyes shaking: Frightened or nervous.
• Eyes drooping: Sad, depressed, or exhausted.
• Eyes crossed: Angry or frustrated.

Temperament by Subtype

Pures

Pures are generally calm, dependable, and prefer quieter lifestyles. They naturally place great importance on family, stability, and supporting their communities.

Mutants

Mutants are energetic, outgoing, and often enjoy showing off their unique abilities. They tend to be the life of celebrations and love entertaining others with tricks, performances, and friendly competition.

Anomalies

Anomalies are usually more reserved and observant. Because their larger size and increased number of mutations make them powerful defenders, they often feel a natural responsibility to protect those around them.

Elementals

Elementals vary more than any other subtype. Because they are extremely rare, there is no single personality shared among them. However, many are known for being proud, confident, and occasionally self-centered due to the rarity and strength of their elemental abilities.
