Knightibranch Terms of Service

Welcome to Knightibranch! By creating an account, submitting artwork, purchasing adopts, or participating in the community, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Ownership

Knightibranch is the official home of the Knightibranch species and its associated artwork, lore, designs, and branding.

Unless otherwise stated, the Knightibranch species belongs to the creators listed on the Credits page. Website code, graphics, logos, written content, and artwork belong to their respective creators. Copyright remains with the original creator unless explicitly transferred.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, tracing, copying, or claiming of official Knightibranch assets is prohibited.

2. Character Ownership

Purchasing, receiving, or otherwise obtaining a Knightibranch character grants ownership of that individual character only.

Character owners may rename their character, develop their own lore and personality, commission artwork, create alternate outfits and accessories, and redesign within the official trait guidelines.

Character owners may not claim ownership of the Knightibranch species, remove required species traits, claim official artwork as their own, or represent fan-made lore as official canon.

3. Selling, Trading & Transfers

Characters may be gifted, traded, sold, or transferred, unless otherwise stated by specific sale or event rules.

Characters should not be sold for more than their total value unless additional artwork, writing, or commissioned content has been added. Personal artwork should be valued separately from the original design when appropriate.

4. MYOs

MYOs, or Make Your Own slots, allow members to create their own Knightibranch character using official MYO permissions.

MYOs must follow the official species guide, stay within the traits allowed by the slot or rarity, and be approved if required before being considered official.

Unauthorized MYOs are not considered official Knightibranch characters.

5. Blacklisting & Revocation

Knightibranch reserves the right to revoke access to the community or blacklist users for severe violations including scamming, chargeback fraud, harassment, hate speech, art theft, AI theft, unauthorized AI training using protected artwork, tracing official artwork, or repeated violations of community rules.

Blacklisting may result in loss of access to official events, MYOs, adopts, and future participation.

6. Website Rules

While using Knightibranch, users agree not to hack, exploit, damage, disrupt, spam, impersonate staff, upload malicious files, or misuse site features.

Accounts may be suspended, limited, or removed for violations.

7. Community Rules

Knightibranch aims to be welcoming and respectful. Members are expected to treat others kindly, respect staff decisions, keep discussions appropriate, and report issues rather than escalating conflicts.

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or intentional disruption may result in moderation.

8. AI Policy

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, AI-generated adopts, AI-generated reference sheets, AI-written official lore presented as canon, use of Knightibranch artwork for AI training datasets, and uploading official artwork into image generation models without permission are not permitted.t.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as Knightibranch grows. Continued use of the website means accepting the most recent version.
